Well, 2011 came to a close and 2012 has kicked off with unreal waves and weather (in Santa Cruz at least). Nathan Fletcher's insane coverage (8 cover shots, editorials, video parts, interviews and who knows what else) brought me thinking back to 2009 when he had a broken leg, ambitious video skills and tons of friends and footage to help him heal up and pass the time.
